Distinctive Smile Design is Hiring a Front Desk Dental Receptionist Near Orland, IL

Seeking Highly Professional Dental Receptionist (Orland Park )
Our busy patient centered dental practice in Orland Park is seeking a friendly, motivated, and efficient full-time Dental Receptionist. Dental experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering multiple phone lines and forwarding messages
-Properly scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Entering and verifying patient insurance information
- Collecting and processing patient payments
-Collecting and processing insurance payments
- Support office staff with filing, faxing, scanning and basic day-to-day tasks
- Respond to, prepare, and process insurance claims and requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and confidential files
- Ensure the privacy and security of protected health information per HIPAA requirement

Ideal candidate must:
*Have excellent written and oral communication skills
*Be computer proficient (Familiarity with Dentrix software preferred but not needed)
*Be organized and must be able to work independently
