SUMMARY: The Project Recruiter is responsible for staffing technician roles throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico for deployment project installations. Sources and recruits qualified Field Technicians which includes preparing and negotiating contracts, mapping locations, and attending meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Source, recruit, screen, and qualify field technicians for installation projects.
· Utilize social media and other online recruitment platforms to find and identify technicians.
· Update and maintain technician profile information and performance information.
· Prepare contracts and offer letters using templates.
· Ensure all technicians are contracted and that contracts are signed and received before technicians are allowed to perform work.
· Partner with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to obtain project specific information such as scope and timeline/schedule.
· Ensure technicians are contracted within budget while ensuring quality technicians are being awarded to projects.
· Update Project Database with contracted technicians.
· Build national recruiting relationship with small third-party vendors and independent contractors to broaden internal database of technicians.
· Maintain positive and effective working relationships with internal and external partners.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· High School diploma or equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
· 2 years’ customer focused experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
· Superior ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, adjust to changing workflow and workload accordingly.
· Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.
· Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form) clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience.
· Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations.
· Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
· Must be able to read, write and speak effectively in English.
