Based on the systems, technologies, and resources provided, our average agent will earn around $100,000.00 in annual income within their first 3 years. By the end of 5 years, average annual earnings should exceed $150,000.00. Sound too good to be true? It isn't!!

ResponsibilitiesSales, Marketing, Service, Business Development
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
Requirements
  • Active Insurance Producer License (Or willing to get licensed, we will train and pay for all licensing if needed)
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Need to be a disciplined self-starter
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated to accomplish tasks on your own
  • Work well as part of a team both within the department and agency
