We are looking for a cashier/beertender to join our team. Position is seasonal with potential to be kept on staff as a permanent position after March-September. Primarily Friday-Sunday.

DISTRICT BREWING MOUNT VERNON IS located on 520 Main Street, in front of the Skagit Riverwalk Park.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

•  Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• · Attend to customers upon entrance.
• · Help customers select food and/or beverage-based items.
• · Answer questions or make recommendations on our products.
• · Collaborate with other staff.
• · Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• · NO experience required, just have a great attitude and disposition.
• · Open Availability
• · Attention to cleanliness and safety
• · Patience and customer-oriented approach
• · People skills with a friendly attitude
• · 21 or older required, we are a brewery and you will be pouring and serving beer.
• · Have a MAST permit & food handlers card or obtain one 30 days from hire date.

Compensation

• Hourly Wage tips (average weekly tip out $10-15 an hour, for a total of $26- $30 an hour.)
