The following are the steps in the Social Worker application process: Answer registration and pre-qualification questions (5-10 minutes). Answer general employment information questions (20-40 minutes) and essay questions (30-35 minutes). Complete virtual interview (60 minutes). Advance to a recommended pool that principals and other hiring managers consult to hire for individual school vacancies. Schedule and complete additional interviews with school leaders to find the best school match for your professional growth. You must hold a current LICSW in the District of Columbia in order to be eligible for hire for this position.
