Ditat Deus Automotive is Hiring an Office Manager Near Mesa, AZ

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong administrative skills. **Duties:** - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls - Maintain organized filing systems for important documents - Assist with budgeting and financial tasks - Oversee human resources functions such as payroll and employee records - Plan and execute office events and activities **Skills:** - Proven experience in medical office management is preferred - Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail - Proficient in event planning and coordination - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong background in office management procedures - Ability to maintain and organize physical and digital files efficiently - Familiarity with budgeting processes - Proficient in general administrative tasks - Basic knowledge of human resources practices - Experience working as an office clerk is a plus This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
