Job Posting: Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift)
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Ditsch - Springdale, Ohio

Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with leadership experience in manufacturing or similar industries. This roll will report directly to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will direct & supervise maintenance workers daily activities throughout the plant, while also being a technical support resource for the team when they have questions or need assistance. The Maintenance Supervisor will also have ownership of their own projects/tasks to be completed in support of a facility that operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Preferred Candidate:
5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience
3 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance department
Familiarity with CMMS systems
Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and welding tasks

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Flexible availability, including weekends and off-hours (2 PM-6 AM)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to prevent or limit production loss
• Implement corrective actions for critical conditions or extended downtime
• Set team schedules to reduce overtime while maintaining workload
• Monitor work performance and tool/part inventories
• Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory
• Recommend or initiate personnel actions (hires, discharges, disciplinary measures)
• Lead and facilitate PM program aiming for 100% completion
• Train team on GMPs, safety practices, lockout/tagout, and electrical troubleshooting
• Lead complex repairs, including coordinating with European technical support
• Improve Monday start-up and weekly uptime strategies
• Collaborate on new projects for facility or production improvement
• Develop and utilize second and third shift maintenance teams
