Warehouse Supervisor

DiVal Safety Equipment, a leader in the Fire, EMS and industrial safety equipment distribution business, is looking for a creditable and motivated Inventory Control Supervisor with a “whatever it takes” attitude. The focus of this position is to monitor and maintain the proper inventory accuracy while working directly with the warehouse staff while maintaining a safe, credible, and positive working environment.

Responsibilities:

As a critical member of the DiVal Safety team:

• Focus on safety at all times — providing a safe working environment for all employees with weekly safety training, enforcing policies for equipment while addressing unsafe conditions providing documentation, disciplinary action (if necessary) and continual training.
• Responsible for the upholding certifications needed to safely transport hazardous materials, while adhering to all D.O.T. regulations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with direct manager, customers, vendors, and other DiVAL staff.
