Your Responsibilities
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for business development in the engineering and technology space? Join Dive as a Business Development Representative and be a crucial part of our growth journey. We are seeking a motivated and disciplined professional to join our team.
  • You start a trusting and insightful relationship with our customers in various engineering markets.
  • You generate valuable leads through different acquisition channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, trade shows & conferences).
  • You accompany our clients from the initial contact, through a first discovery meeting to the handover to our account executives.
  • You come up with ideas that will help us to prepare effective marketing campaigns and efficient revenue operations' processes.
  • Your market insights serve as indispensable input for our product management decisions.
  • You engage in structured discussions with CAE engineers, showcasing passion, curiosity, and understanding of technology.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
  • Exceptional storytelling ability to engage customers, challenge their perspectives, and address objections persuasively
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales intelligence tools
  • A calm personality, disciplined work ethic, competitive and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and a commitment to continuous self-improvement
  • Capacity to handle rejection, actively listen to customer needs, and make trustworthy first impressions
