Job Description: - AML & KYC Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the AML/KYC team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct thorough reviews and collections of AML/KYC documentation.
• Initiate and perform risk assessments, conducting ongoing due diligence on identified transactions.
• Review, escalate, or resolve alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems.
• Analyze transaction data to detect and investigate suspicious activities, providing detailed narrative summaries to support decision-making.
• Develop and implement AML/KYC policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members on AML/KYC regulations and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML regulations and trends, and ensure the team is informed of any changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to AML/KYC compliance.
