Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
•At least 5 years of experience as an analyst in Information Technology.
•Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas Texas location or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

•1-2 years of experience in End-to-End value chain in one or more areas like Mortgage Loan Servicing, Mortgage Default management and Foreclosures.
Preferred Qualifications and Job Functions
•t least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills - Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies and experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
•t least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business associates.

•Knowledge of Agile and its principles and Data analysis skills
•nalytical, Communication, Planning and Co-ordination skills
•bility to work independently and be a self-starter, Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires travel.
