Location: Charlotte, New Jersey, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Dallas (Hybrid)

Experience: 6 years of experience in Banking with a focus in Commercial Lending

Location: Phoenix / Dallas / Charlotte / NJ (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)
Role expectations / Responsibilities:
o Business Analyst / Product Owner for nCino implementation project

o Conduct business analysis, prepare stories / requirements, review and finalize requirements for Commercial Lending

o Coordinate with larger team and help understand requirements and provide clarifications.

o Create market analysis and point of views in consumer lending domain.

o Help with sales, prepare compelling proposals, and help practice leader with sales efforts.

o Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits

Experience and Skill set.
o Strong Knowledge of Commercial Lending

o Worked as Product Owner and BA in Commercial Lending Domain

o Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

o Worked in Consulting firm and helped with market analysis, proposals.

o Prefer (not necessary) MBA with specialization in IT & Finance

o Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)

o Prior development experience is a plus.
