Responsibilities Include
- Define and align stakeholders on a communications strategy for Project Synergy, an enterprise transformational initiative
- Lead the development and execution of a multi-faceted communications plan to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the transformational change
- Plan, develop, and continuously implement creative content, consistent messaging and storytelling tailored to various communication platforms (written articles, video content, infographics, townhall, lunch-n-learn sessions etc.)
- Build and maintain up-to-date website content, and conduct search engine optimization to generate organic website traffic and help employees engage across various channels
- Analyze communications on a consistent basis to determine the effectiveness of communications and adjust based on metrics and feedback
- Work closely with the transformation lead and coordinate with internal subject matter experts to ensure content is aligned with the transformation objectives
- Develop strong and collaborative working relationships with functional teams
- Conduct Retro sessions with stakeholders to receive feedback on communication activities and adjust the plan accordingly
