- Preparing and maintaining a current PC image for all PENA IT related equipment
- Prepares all related IT equipment with a base image as required
- Trouble shoots image issues and problems
- Follows ISM/IT policy regarding legal review and legal holds of equipment
- Responsible for DOD wipe of all data storing IT assets
- Using ITAM equipment to destroy IT storage equipment. IE: HD crusher. Incl udes record keeping.
- Delegated tasks to record terminated employees equipment in SDP, resolving all tasks involved
- Reports termed employees equipment that is not returned to IT in accordance with PENA policy.
- Manages IT hardware warranty program
