" Hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS/ Redux and its Unit testing libraries
" Experience on front-end frameworks like JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React)
" Experience on backend-end frameworks like (e.g. Spring, Spring boot, Play)
" Hands-on experience in NodeJS, Express, webpack, GIT
" Hands-on experience in web performance, OWASP and ADA complaint
" Hands on Experience of Agile Methodologies and SDLC
" Good written and communication skills Good to Have:
" Good to have a knowledge of Micro service Architecture / Concepts and Reactive Ecosystem.
" Knowledge on other UI frameworks like Angular, Vue JS, etc. and Micro-frontend architecture
" Knowledge on AWS/ Azure / Jenkins / Other build tools
" Good to have a knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
" Delivery focused approach to work and the ability to work without direction.
" Experience in Agile Development lifecycle methodology.
" Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
" Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
" Ability to multitask and prioritize with urgency.
" Ability to work in large, collaborate teams to achieve organizational goals
