Diverse Lynx is Hiring a Legal Application Business System Analyst Near Culver, CA

Job Description Crucial to Role:
  • Independently lead the development of enterprise system with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity of studio production workflows, production and post production hiring workflows
  • Schedule and lead regular project scrums and ceremonies as scrum master
  • Manage priorities and development roadmap keeping project team on target to meet goals and deadlines
  • Experience working closely with development & UX design team to align on requirement scope and timeline
  • Experience building system permissions structure
  • Clearly capture business requirements and translate into appropriate documentation
  • Write and manage designs and development tickets
  • Develop and lead UAT sessions
  • Oversee development of training materials
  • Create presentations for executive stakeholders
  • Experience with building custom applications with an offshore team
  • Experience creating and presenting client presentations
  • Experience providing ongoing production support for applications
Bonus Points
  • Experience with external facing production applications in a studio environment
  • Understanding of studio business application ecosystems
  • Experience with coordinating and implementing internal application integrations
