Technical/Functional SkillsShould have minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in MES and Manufacturing domain
Should have working experience in any of the Apriso version starting 9.6 till 2023
Should have ability to finalize requirements and FDS in discussion with customer
Ability to create & validate HLD, LLD, System Architecture independently
Must be proficient in JavaScript/ C# Script and SQL Server/Oracle
Sound knowledge of RDBMS , Object-Oriented Programming, SOAP /REST based webservice calling
Hands-on experience troubleshooting, writing and optimizing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and user-defined functions (SQL Server 2012 ) using SQL Profiler/DTA etc
Hands-on experience on Process Builder, Machine Integration, Business Integration, Dashboard Builder and/or MPI Lite
Must have built mapping for ERP integration and OPC integration using Schema builder and Altova Mapforce
Must have been part of two or more end to end MES implementations using any of the Apriso version mentioned above.
Well versed with deployment and release management processes through GPM
Familiar with source control/versioning concepts and creating scripts for database objects
Well versed with SDLC methodologies and Agile Principle
Must have managed a team of 10 or more members
Work collaboratively with both business and technical teams to initiate, design, deliver and govern across a wide range of projects in support of business
Provided architectural guide and assist delivery teams tasked with producing optimal solutions for a given project
Responsible for creating solution architectures that balance the trade-offs required to meet the specific needs of the project with those of the wider enterprise architecture
Work closely and collaboratively across multiple delivery teams and product owners to define a well-articulated solution and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
General SkillsOverall experience of 10-15 years with experience of 5 years in Apriso Solution Designing/Architecting
Experience of developing and supporting manufacturing systems developed using Apriso
Experience of working in manufacturing environment
Experience of MES solution blueprinting, Discovery study at client site, UX design and wireframes
Can handle the team of MES software developer, understand and involve in project execution tasks, Customer counterparts communications and meetings
Delmia Certified for Apriso MES technology will be plus
Can independently develop the project documents like Software requirements and functional specifications
MES solution architect for Apriso MES
Lead customer engagement during assessments and design workshops
Liasioning with Dassault Apriso experts
Client facing skills for successful delivery of the project
Interacting with the customer for detailed requirements.

Work with TCS onsite and offshore technical teams
Decision making on different interface/integration adoption among the assets
