Technical/Functional Skills
" Mandatory to have prior large Oracle Cloud transformation experience and Finance background.
" Lead the implementation of the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules, including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
" Work with finance and business stakeholders to understand financial requirements and provide solutions using the Oracle Cloud ERP product suite.
" Stay up to date with the latest developments in the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials product suite and share knowledge with the finance and technology teams.
" Configure/Build the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
" Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle Cloud projects.
" Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
" Validate configuration and data for Oracle Cloud Financials projects.
Experience Required" Oracle Cloud Finance Implementation experience in FAH, GL, AP, FA - at least 2 hands-on implementation experience is a must
" Proven track record in successfully delivering ERP Consulting/Advisory engagements
" Deep understanding of the Finance Business Process flows in Oracle Cloud
" Capable of preparing functional design documents for interfaces, data migrations, reports, and PaaS extensions
" Capable of preparing Configuration documents in Oracle Cloud financials
" 10 years experience in Oracle ERP products and technologies
" Excellent presentation, written and oral, communication skills
" Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration and coordination with customers and external functions.
" Must have public sector experience including knowledge of fund accounting and GASB.
Roles & Responsibilities
" Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant - Primary objective includes design, implementation, configuration, build, test activities in Oracle Cloud engagement. Mandatory to have prior large Oracle Cloud transformation experience and Finance background.
" Involved in delivery and execution of large/strategic Oracle Cloud transformation engagements
" Required excellent customer facing/ other vendor facing interpersonal skills
" Conversan t with working with offshore development team
" Excellent communication skills
" Expert Oracle Fusion Cloud experience in at least one or more of these modules: Financials suite (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA)
" Hands-on experience with Cloud release 13 or higher
" Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations
" Prior experience leading Fusion implementations/upgrades
