Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Thorough knowledge of component machining and grinding concepts.
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts (Lean Manufacturing, 6-Sigma, in process validations (IPV's), Poka-Yoke design, System/Tooling Controls, etc.)
- Thorough experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with reading and interpreting engineering prints
- Experience with designing requirements and managing implementation of capital assets
- Experience with NPI, APQP, and PPAP processes (Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams)
- Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Siemens NX and CNC programming
- Experience with machine tool connectivity
