- Provide production support and on-call support including problem analysis and resolution, including during and after work hours
- Perform analysis and resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA.
- Good understand database design, implementation, troubleshooting

- Must be able to multi-task and work independently, take initiative to prioritize and resolve problems
- Any CICD tools experience or in-depth conceptual understanding
- Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes (Incidents handling and KEDB based activities )
- Ability to consistently follow through on assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be ready to learn new technology as and when project requires.
- Knowledge in Oracle PLSQL and SSIS will be added advantage.
- Excellent Communication skill and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
