" Exp in handling budget, risk management, customer coordination, managing onsite-offshore team coordination. " Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Roles & Responsibilities" Should be able to help team in resolving issues related to development, rollout or support, enhancements. " Should have interact with SMEs / plant users / various stake holders for various project activities, planning and execution of the project. " Should have been part of MES deployment (for entire SDLC) which includes experience in planning, designing, architecting, configuring, developing, testing, implementation, integration with other applications, deployment, multi-site roll out, Support, etc. " Should be able to own production go live and hyper care support during implementation. " Experience working in onshore-offshore model
Generic Managerial Skills" Good understanding of Industry Standards such as MESA, ISA95 etc. " Knowledge of Azure DevOps / MS Project " Good understanding of metal / manufacturing domain Operations " Desire to work in an IT system environment " Strong issue solving and analysis skills.
