Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for planning and documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the primary contact for all project matters.
- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and gather feedback for refinement.
- Domain Expertise:

- Bring end-to-end understanding of the R&D domain, including PLM, regulatory compliance, and product claims.
- Mediate between business stakeholders, researchers, and IT teams to ensure technology meets domain needs.
- Technical Leadership:

- Collaborate with the technical team to align project objectives.
- Understand and address technical challenges.
- Risk Management:

- Identify and address potential project risks.
- Create proactive mitigation plans.
- Resource Allocation:

- Ensure effective staffing and resource utilization.
- Budgeting & Cost Management:

- Monitor and adjust project expenses to stay within budget.
- Quality Assurance:

- Oversee testing and quality assurance processes.
- Documentation & Collaboration:

- Maintain project documentation using Confluence.
- Ensure robust documentation of domain-specific requirements and standards.
- Collaborate on code changes using Bitbucket.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Gather post-project feedback for process enhancement.
- Regularly collect feedback from domain experts for technology solution refinement.
- Jira & Confluence Management:

- Track tasks, sprints, and releases using Jira.
- Use Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Requirements Gathering:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to document domain-specific application requirements.
- Solution Design & Development:

- Assist in application design to ensure adherence to domain standards.
- Work with the R&D team to align technology with domain best practices.
- Domain-driven Development:

- Ensure application development strictly follows domain-specific principles.
- Bachelors/Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
