•Effective at managing ambiguity
•ttentive to detail and highly organized
•Skilled in prioritization and negotiating timelines
•Understanding of relevant technologies to oversee programs
•Strong written and oral communication abilities
•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
•Collaborative approach to work
•Demonstrates a proactive "driver" mentality to accomplish tasks
•Experience utilizing JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Identity Central
