Salary: £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

THE TEAM

You will be part of the Service Delivery department where we administer loan and grants on behalf of Scottish Government.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting sustainable transport methods and energy efficiency measures in Scottish domestic properties working within a fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE

You will be part of our Edinburgh based Services Delivery team and assist in the managing and delivery of Scottish Government funded projects that aim to help people and businesses across Scotland to reduce the carbon impact and fuel costs of their transport and travel arrangements and to create warmer homes, reduce their energy bills, and lower their carbon footprint.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of projects by working closely with the Programme Manager and other Assistant Delivery Managers, ensuring targets in the Scottish Government work plan are met, and projects are delivered in line with the agreed processes and procedures.
• Ensure that customer service is maintained at a high level.
• To assist the Programme Manager by effectively managing loans and grant schemes in line with the agreed processes and procedures and contractual timescales agreed with Scottish Government.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• You will have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and demonstratable numerical skills.
• The ability to work independently and to plan and prioritise multiple competing activities is essential in this fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience of operational management.
