We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. Functioning within the Health System’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures. The LPN functions as a partner to the Registered Nurse with the goal of providing quality patient care. The LPN responsibilities include collecting data, implementing and evaluating nursing care.

Requirements:

• 3 Years of Home Health Experience - Required
• HomeCare HomeBase EMR Experience - Required
• Licensed Practical Nurse License and BLS (AHA) - Required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
