Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for new business development, analyzing financial data, facilitating communication between clients and lenders, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also involve working closely with the management team to structure debt and equity financing solutions.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Analytical Skills
- Finance and Communication skills
- Customer Service experience
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate financing
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
