Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Area Supervisor. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the janitorial and maintenance operations within their assigned area. This includes ensuring adherence to cleaning and maintenance standards, coordinating schedules, training and supervising staff, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients or employees. The role will be primarily based in Raleigh, NC, but it also offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in janitorial and maintenance operations
- Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance standards and best practices
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with relevant safety and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in using operational tools and technology
- Experience in the Retail, Healthcare, Industrial Manufacturing, Government, Education, Office, or Logistics industry is a plus
