Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Concrete Production Lead is adhering to prescribed protocols for producing concrete items in alignment with production requirements and timetables. This role encompasses the operation of pertinent machinery, tools, and equipment to execute standard and intricate production duties in a secure and regulatory-compliant manner. Vigilance is maintained over product quality to detect, reject, or reprocess defective items. Additionally, the Lead provides supervision and guidance to operators while upholding safety standards and workplace cleanliness across all operational zones.

Work Environment
This position works in a manufacturing work setting. Frequently exposed to seasonal temperatures of excessive cold or heat. Work environment is often loud, dusty and/or dirty due to the concrete materials required for production.
