Responsibilities

• Oversees conducting failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) of production equipment.
• Oversees performing predictive analysis of production equipment.
• Conducts root cause analysis to diagnose equipment failures to ensure they don’t occur again.
• Develops proactive maintenance procedures to ensure production line efficiency and sustain asset uptime.
• Review the installation of newly installed equipment and assess the reliability of newly installed assets.
• Create and monitor life cycle asset management plans.
• Assists in the design and development planning for custom assets.
• Provide technical support to the maintenance team to assist in correcting equipment issues.
• Monitor overall equipment effectiveness to support manufacturing productivity.

Desired Skills

• Experience with production maintenance planning is strongly desired
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) INFOR is highly desired but not required
• Experience working in a union environment
• Capable of programming automated systems
• Capable of programming robotics and related programmable automation
• Understanding of preventative maintenance systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and AutoCAD
• Demonstrated analytical, planning and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to function in a team environment
