Typically manages phone and electronic communications which may require escalaitons for inquiries to product support, billing, sales, orders, or return/repair claims. Logs calls and updates customer account records. May be required to monitor social media platforms to proactively promote brand integrity, provide positive direction for customer related questiions, and address and provide answers to product related questions/concerns. Performing assignments that require considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work, identifies key issues, and makes recommendations for solutions. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
