Created new user accounts, reset passwords, disabling user accounts, updated permissions
Creating or updating workflow rules/validation rules/formula fields/email alerts/approval processes
Creating or updating reports and dashboards, show end users how to use the reporting engine
Mass data updates/record import/record transfers
Getting related apps connected and working (Salesforce for Outlook, Power BI, Salesforce Mobile)
Document and deploy changes from our ongoing development work, maintain backup sandboxes for change rollback purposes
Save and maintain regular data backups, restore data as needed
Answer any How To questions, give demos of Salesforce functionality
Trouble shoot and fix any problems with Salesforce
Monitor upcoming changes to the Salesforce platform, update the system as needed based on these changes.
