Job Description:

Divine House, Inc., is hiring a Full Time Human Resources Generalist based in the Willmar Office. This position will be assisting the Human Resources Department with the hiring of the Willmar Division and generally be communicating with all departments throughout the company. The HR Generalist position will have active involvement in Payroll, Finance, Scheduling and Quality Assurance departments to ensure and assist with daily functions with the overall business direction mind. This position in Monday through Friday office hours of 8am-5pm, with some after hours requirements on occasion.

Duties:

• Advertisement & Staff Recruitment
• Onboarding
• Background Studies under MN Department of Human Services
• Filing and Follow up Workers Compensation Claims and Employees
• Training and maintaining compliance with new employees
• Employment discipline and maintaining equal treatment
• Handle confidential matters with discretion
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass MN Department of Human Services background check
• Prior Human Resources experience
• Understanding of compensation, benefit programs, and employee relations
• Excellent recruiting skills
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and ordinance
• Must have above average proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet
• Excellent listening, verbal communication skills and professional written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask
