Answering Inbound Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls from customers, providing accurate information and assistance.
Customer Inquiry Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Escalation Handling: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to the management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
