Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics: Track and report on key social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the social media team as needed.
