Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Engage with followers, fostering a sense of community and increasing audience interaction.
- Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand advocates.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor trends and best practices in social media marketing and apply this knowledge to enhance our strategies.
- Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and events.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure alignment and support for social media initiatives.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain an organized content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.

- Manage social media tools and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively utilized.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
