Responsibilities:
- Maintain bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and information as needed.
- Compute and record numerical data.
- Communicate with customers to request payment and address all collection discrepancies.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Set up and maintain client accounts based on payment or contact information.
- Check the accuracy of business invoices and keep track of rebates from vendors.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties.
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other comparable accounting software.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
