· Use data to drive technical decision making and prioritization of initiatives.

· Excel at defining the vision for and delivering large business-impacting projects with multiple constraints.

· Build simple, well-designed programs that consider the architecture and systems of domain without accruing additional complexity over time.

· Own planning for long-term, multi-phase programs accounting for all aspects of development, release, and maintenance.

· Understand cross-functional dependencies deeply and can effectively communicate about them to stakeholders.

· Make tough calls to reprioritize or recommend ending or course-correcting projects as new information is available.

· Execute large programs at a very high level, e.g. to a standard of quality well exceeding that of the current system, a tight deadline with significant consequences of failure, or in a manner that allows rapid learning to drive out significant ambiguity (though not all simultaneously).

· Invest time to coach and mentor teammates; particularly individuals looking to grow into a senior TPM role.

What You Need:

· Experience managing or have deep understanding of an organization’s Incident Management Process.

· Able to demonstrate a high level of depth in a particular technology or product domain.

· Proven experience developing new project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization.

· Proven set of technical skills and development methodologies, and apply them with a sophisticated approach that is best suited for each project.

· Deep knowledge of technical architectural design, systems, technical supporting tools, and methods to implement.

· Act independently and expeditiously to align teams cross functionally on critical projects.

· Exhibits a very high standard of technical judgement, innovation and execution to tackle open-ended problems that require difficult prioritization, defining both the “what” and “how” of items to be delivered.

· Experience hiring technical candidates and building out TPM teams.

· Preferred proficiency with industry accepted source code repository management tooling, observability and monitoring management tooling, project planning tooling, and roadmap planning tooling.

· Required - One of the following: AWS, Google, or Azure cloud administrator certifications.

· Dollar-for-dollar 401K match up to 4% of salary with immediate 100% vesting.
