Onsite in office. Flexible with some hybrid, some remote, with approval, on occasion.Reports to Corporate ControllerEssential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for Monthly Financials; Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Trial Balance, Statement of Cash flows and tax accounts for Divurgent LLC, Divurgent International(US/CAD) and Divurgent Management Consultants(CAD)
• Creates weekly cash flow/revenue forecast
• Prepares monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations, including AP/AR/Fixed assets and credit cards
• Responsible for entering/maintaining chart of accounts, new projects/vendors information in the accounting systems
• Responsible for maintaining/processing banking systems, records, and reports
• Prepares month end and year-end financial closings for all Divurgent entities and prepares various financial reports for distribution to leadership, external partners, or government agencies
• Creates/maintains the registrations for new states for payroll/workers compensation and file on knowledge management systems
• Assists in the process of timely and accurate payment and payroll processing, review payroll tax reports, and 401k and profit sharing
• Assists in the process of timely and accurate review of Accounts Receivable and invoicing to customers processing
• Assists with the annual production and distribution of tax forms
• Assists in the completion external auditor(s) financial report
• Assists external vendors/consultants to complete financial reports, profit sharing, 401k, and tax information
• Responsible for maintaining and documenting accounting processes and procedures
• Completes monthly accounting duties such as filing, scanning documents, returning phone calls as needed
• Responsible for the financial statements and taxes of sub-company; Convergent if needed
• Other duties assigned, as necessary

Minimum Qualifications(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in accounting or financial analytical reasoning
• Knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies, and procedures reflective of the financial services industry
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
• Proven, solid Microsoft Work, PowerPoint, Access and Excel skills and exposure to automated accounting systems and Microsoft BI
