We’re hiring a select group of licensed agents to build our brokerage team at Divvy Realty. We offer the opportunity to expand your career by creating or growing your team with us! Company-owned Listing Opportunities: We’re invested in helping our agents grow their businesses by providing a steady flow of buyer and seller leads. And we have opportunities unique to our brokerage that allow you to grow your listing business by listing our Divvy-owned homes for sale. This is an opportunity only offered to our Divvy Realty agents that you won’t find anywhere else.
Build Your Own Team: If you’re looking to start your own team or expand one you already have established, our brokerage-provided tech tools will help save you thousands of dollars in costs to cover your agents. Instead of taking that financial burden on your own, we partner with you to provide your team with top of the line systems and resources, so that you can focus on developing your agents and driving their sales.
Top-notch Technology: At Divvy Realty, we utilize technology to make our agents’ lives easier; that’s why our agents save over $1,100/mo with our tech tools! We provide our agents with a top-of-the-line CRM , including a turnkey marketing center where you can market your business and post to your socials in just a few clicks using our provided custom templates or your own custom designs.
Our CRM also provides you with lead scoring, so you know which leads to focus on; lead matching, so you can be proactive with your leads and your own full featured website so your business portrays the professional you are. We provide our agents with buyer and seller leads, plus potential access to exclusive company provided listings.

This role is 100% commission-based, with unlimited earning potential.
We’re looking for current, full-time agents who deeply understand:
  • The greater Cleveland metro real estate market -- pockets of opportunity, neighborhood reputations, etc.
  • All of the details around single-family real estate transactions -- norms, forms, etc.
  • How to quickly build customer trust -- and modify your approach based on specific customer needs
  • How to design, manage, and grow your pipeline and engagement strategy
  • Digital collaboration, marketing, and customer relationship management tools

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • 2-5 years of experience selling real estate
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in achieving targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., real estate license) may be required, depending on location
  • Experience managing and leading a team is a plus, but not required
