Job Title: Manager, Network Planning Reports To: Director, Supply Chain Location: Dallas HQ Business Unit Description: Prevention and Recovery Sciences Job Title/High Level Position Summary: As the Network Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our network planning processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, manufacturing, marketing, and operations to develop and implement strategies that optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and maximize customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain the stocking strategy and inventory policies for all finished goods across the global network. 2.Coordinate with customer care, marketing, and operations to ensure that the inventory is balanced across the network to meet customer service metrics. 3. Analyze production plans and identify potential risks and opportunities to meet business objectives. 4. Work closely with supply planning and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration across departments. 6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain planning processes. 7. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on inventory performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations. Minimum Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience in supply planning, manufacturing, or supply chain management in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing supply planning strategies and processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in supply planning software and ERP systems; experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines. “Creating better together”.
