Job Title: Full-time Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator (In Office)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator with experience in Disability Determination Services (DDS) and a strong understanding of patient care. This multifaceted role involves sourcing, recruiting, and coordinating staffing needs while also ensuring compliance with disability determination regulations and providing excellent patient care support.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Sourcing:

● Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for positions within Tchaya Health staffing needs.

● Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for DDS roles.

● Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through networking, referrals, and online platforms.

Staffing Coordination:

● Coordinate the placement of recruited candidates into appropriate positions within Tchaya Health, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

● Manage staffing schedules, assignments, and rotations to maintain adequate coverage and meet operational needs.

● Address staffing shortages or conflicts promptly and proactively implement solutions.

● Monitor employees while providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure productivity and satisfaction.

● Design and implement customized training programs for staff members to enhance their skills and competencies in delivering high-quality services.

● Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops for both staff members and clients, ensuring active engagement and participation.

Disability Determination Compliance:

● Stay updated on disability determination regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance in all staffing activities.

● Ensure that recruited candidates meet the necessary qualifications and certifications required for DDS positions.

● Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and implement processes that adhere to regulatory standards.

● Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any compliance issues and take corrective actions as needed.

Patient Care Support:

● Provide administrative support to Tchaya Health staff involved in patient care, facilitating communication with patients.

● Assist in coordinating patient assessments, evaluations, and follow-up appointments as needed.

● Serve as a liaison between Tchaya Health staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care services.

● Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in all patient-related interactions and data handling processes.

Candidate Engagement:

● Build and maintain relationships with candidates through effective communication channels, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

● Provide detailed information about job opportunities, including job responsibilities, requirements, and benefits, to help candidates make informed decisions.

● Conduct pre-employment assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and compatibility with Tchaya Health roles.

● Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and providing necessary support and resources.

Client Relationship Management:

● Collaborate closely with healthcare facilities, agencies, and organizations participating in the DDS program to understand their unique staffing needs, preferences, and requirements.

● Act as a trusted advisor and partner, offering personalized staffing solutions that align with the client's objectives and priorities.

● Maintain open lines of communication with clients to provide regular updates on recruitment progress, address any concerns or issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Compliance and Documentation:

● Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices, as well as company policies and procedures.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, including background checks, certifications, and credentials, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

● Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes and documentation to identify areas for improvement and mitigate potential compliance risks.

Performance Metrics:

● Implement systems to track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and retention rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

● Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in the overall office process.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment outcomes and achieving performance goals.

● Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from both staff members and clients to continuously improve and refine training programs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Schedule:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
