Mission: The Sales Advisor ensures the achievement of sales objectives and provides exceptional customer service. They contribute to back-office operations, store maintenance, stock management, and product merchandising, while also guiding new collaborators on best practices. They report to the boutique manager and assist them in all retail operations and team skill development.
KEY MISSIONS
Sales and Customer Service
- Achieve/exceed sales targets and boutique budgets
- Conduct in-person sales
- Build and maintain the customer database, actively participating in its development. Foster customer loyalty.
- Provide customer service in line with luxury codes
- Ensure follow-up on after-sales operations: customer information and requests.
- Participate in Maison events
Store Maintenance and Merchandising
- Conduct cleanliness checks (store, window display, sales counter), and maintenance to ensure compliance with point-of-sale standards
- Implement merchandising and visual merchandising directives
- Manage tools necessary for sales (boxes, bags, documentation, etc.)
- Assist the boutique manager in all store processes and operations.
Stock Management
- Receive products and check packages and delivery compliance
- Monitor stock status, identify supply needs, and communicate ordering needs to superiors
- Conduct inventories
- Manage cash registers and cash deposits
Integration of New Collaborators
- Share best practices, guide collaborators in operational tasks
- Deliver brand speeches, collection and product arguments
Administrative Tasks and Team Management
- Assist superiors in planning development, schedule monitoring, and team presence
- Participate in task allocation within the team. Supervise assigned tasks.
Reporting
- Provide reports on sales and store to management, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of set objectives: revenue achieved versus budget (monthly, semi-annually, annually)
- Conversion rate
- Customer database development
- Inventory and system management
- Store maintenance
PROFILE
- 5 years of experience in retail sales management/operations in the luxury, beauty, or hospitality sector
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in an international start-up environment
- Customer orientation and team spirit
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
- Good understanding of customer expectations and customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Great attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, proactive, autonomous
- Availability (weekend work)
- Proficiency in English; another language is an advantage.
