Mid-sized, reputable PLAINTIFF'S Personal Injury & Worker's Compensation Trial firm with several offices throughout Florida is looking for a seasoned,_ experienced Workers Compensation Attorney_ to join its team! (IN-OFFICE POSITION, NOT REMOTE).
You can work out of our Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando or Tampa offices, depending on where you live.
IDEAL CANDIDATES: 2 years Workers Compensation (Plaintiff OR Defense) experience in FL.
Should have experience in all phases of W/C cases from intake, through litigation, discovery, trials, and settlements. Should have experience with client intake (evaluating whether to sign a case), medical record/bill comprehension, demand letters, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, court hearings, mediations, trial prep, trials, client communication and the entire settlement process.
