We’re seeking a Digital & Growth Marketing Associate to join our dynamic Marketing E-Commerce Team.

In this hands-on position, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy. You’ll leverage your marketing expertise, analytical skills, and storytelling prowess to drive conversions, engage customers, and accelerate our brand’s growth. Your focus will be on utilizing data to uncover insights, optimize campaigns, and enhance our customer experience.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across markets and channels.
• Develop and implement acquisition strategies and campaigns using customer data, market research, and iterative testing.
• Create and manage social media content, paid search campaigns (Google Ads), and web content including landing pages and product marketing copy.
• Plan and execute strategies for productizing our growing content base.
• Conduct continual A/B testing of landing pages and refine product messaging to boost conversion rates and retention.
• Optimize app store listings (ASO) for our product suite.
• Analyze and enhance performance across SEM, Paid Social, and email marketing channels.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Employ a data-driven approach to experimentation, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Work closely with the Graphic Designer to create compelling marketing assets.
• Partner with the E-Commerce Team to identify on-site trends and integrate insights into marketing plans.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong analytical skills with a competitive and curious mindset.
• Passion for our mission to enhance productivity and enrich lives through technology.
• 2-3 years of web marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven success in web customer acquisition and product marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Optimize or other A/B testing platforms, and Facebook Analytics.
• Experience creating profitable campaigns with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Ability to craft compelling web, social media, and email content.
• Experience with customer segmentation and personalization.
• Strong presentation skills to convey actionable marketing insights to leadership.
• Flexibility to handle diverse marketing tasks and projects.

Bonus Points For:

• Basic design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
• Background in fashion is a plus.
• Video production and optimization experience.
• Experience with qualitative data collection (focus groups, surveys, user testing).
• Advanced Excel skills and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Familiarity with iOS App Store, Google Play, and Chrome Store optimization.
• Experience working with Head of Marketing to strategize across performance marketing channels.

The salary for this position is $65,000.00. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
