Overview
DLH is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) who will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of an HIV Cure Research Capacity Building effort at the direction of the leadership of the ACTG Clinical Trials Network (Advancing Clinical Therapeutics Globally for HIV and Other Infections). The CRA will ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with project commitments and specific objectives. The CRA will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of tasks associated with the HIV Cure Research Capacity Building project. In addition, the CRA will coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure work moves forward efficiently and effectively. The CRA will provide administrative and technical support, make decisions independently, work independently with limited direction from their supervisor, and propose solutions to challenges as they arise to ensure the success of the project.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree - Public health, biomedical research, or related field. Required
Master’s degree -Public health, biomedical research, or related field. Preferred
2 years Professional experience in a scientific or health-related position required
2 years Professional experience with clinical research required
1 year Professional experience with HIV clinical research or programming preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic Compensation: $80,000 - $87,000 yearly salary
The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
