DLP Services LLC. is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We are currently looking to add an experienced Steel Stud Foreman to our team.

Job Summary: Proven experience as a metal stud framer in the construction industry.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut and shape metal stud framing.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Assemble and erect metal framing structures by use of hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Organized skills and attention to detail.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle physical labor and strenuous tasks.
• Able to stand and walk project site for extended period of times.
• Regularly talk and/or hear.
• Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.
• Occasionally required to but not limited to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
• Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment.
• Must be able to position one-self to work in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics and tunnels.
• Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move at least 50 pounds regularly/occasionally
• Must be able to respond quickly to sounds.
• Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
• Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations.
• Must be able to safely climb ladders while carrying up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
• Must be able to work in hot and cold environments and on concrete floors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 Certification: To ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site.
• CPR Certification: Preparedness for potential emergencies.
• Boom Lift Certification: Ability to operate boom lifts safely for elevated framing tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Waco, TX 76701: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
