We are a fully licensed and insured general contractor happily serving both residential and commercial customers out of our Asheville, NC, Charleston, SC, Austin, TX, and Dallas, TX, offices. We are opening a new location in Houston, TX in spring 2024.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
· None
Primary Duties:
● Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
● Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
● Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
● Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
● Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
● Door knock / cold call clients on down time (on a 50/50 basis)
o You will be provided leads by the company on a daily basis but will also be required to door knock or cold call depending on the area you are assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Proven experience in sales or a related field
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
● Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
● Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
● Experience in account management is desirable.
Preferred Experience:
● Roofing Industry - 1 Year
