- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Protects DMCR’s value by keeping information confidential
- Enhances DMCR’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, sales or relevant field, required
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, sales or relevant field, preferred
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- N/A
- Clinical Research market knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain high-level relationships
- Excellent planning and time-management skills
