We are looking for a versatile and dedicated Property Manager | Personal Assistant to join a dynamic and active family in Austin, Texas. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy individual who can effectively manage a range of administrative tasks related to the family’s on-site homeschool and broader estate management duties, while also supporting the long-time Director of Residences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing significantly to the administrative needs of the existing homeschool setup and managing extensive household responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Must have at least 5 years of private service experience in a similar role. Longevity in past positions is important!
Proficiency in technology, including Google Suite, Dropbox, and Excel. Strong administrative and organizational skills are required.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Knowledge of art software management systems is highly desirable.
Legally authorized to work in the US.
Willingness to undergo a thorough background investigation.
Must be local to the Austin, Texas area.
Compensation:
$120,000 per year
