SALARY: Competitive salary commensurate with experience

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1-year sales or customer service experience

Job OverviewOur team of Legal Assistant/Liability Specialist establish a collaborative partnership with our Attorneys and Case Managers to always provide superior service to our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the progression of each claim
• Respect HIPPA laws and privacy of all cases and clients
• Gather information from Insurance adjusters
• Save and file mail that is scanned into your SharePoint folder
• Continuous updating of case management software
• Draft standard documentation
• Create and send Letters of Representation
